SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to TAATRA!

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and refund the amount using the original method of payment. Items ordered from our website are available for delivery only within India.

Orders are packed and dispatched through registered courier within 3 working days from the date of the order. Kindly provide a complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number to help us ship your order. Orders would be delivered within 3-8 business days, basis your location and pin code.

*Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

All prices are inclusive of GST. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout before the customer makes the payment.

RETURN POLICY

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged on delivery. The damaged goods so received shall be communicated to TAATRA within 48 hours of its receipt. Kindly contact mailus@taatra.com or reach us on 7892908755. TAATRA will replace the damaged items free of cost or issue a credit note for the cost of the goods.
